TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT

This course is designed for students seeking to master the financial, analytical, and strategic aspects of renewable energy projects. It focuses on building financial models to evaluate the feasibility, profitability, and risk of solar, wind, hydro, and other clean energy investments.

Through hands-on modeling exercises and case studies, participants will learn to forecast cash flows, structure project finance deals, calculate key metrics such as IRR, NPV, and LCOE, and assess sensitivity and scenario analyses. The course also covers advanced topics such as power purchase agreements (PPAs), tax incentives, renewable energy credits, and capital stack optimization for large-scale projects.

By the end of the course, students will be able to:
